JP to add spreadsheet to Sharepoint. Waste: Improvements to recycling center – tie in to Earth Week. Communication around this, have a booth focus. Security cameras is stuck in contracting. Should we paint them green or blue and put recycling signs on there? Boulder County petitioned to have FEMA review the flood maps. Most of Erie is Flood way rather than Flood plain which is more restrictive. This has a huge impact on a lot of projects, but the town is going to rebut the decision which is a $100k project. So this is a longer term project for infrastructure. Re-TRAC will come to next meeting. We will discuss this next week. Tyler will circulate draft language. However, legal team has not yet looked at it. Adam to follow up with haulers to see what composting services are available throughout the town. More integration with EcoCycle and CHARM around services offered. Transportation: Questions on ridership. Adam to follow up with Todd as he is the best person for contacting RTD regarding baseline of ridership EV public stations: town hall (2), rec center (2), ball fields (1), old town (2). What is the cost model? Tyler is working on an EV readiness plan Energy: Town already adopted E1. E2 Tyler can follow up regarding this. JP sent Tyler some details on beneficial electric. Outreach: Erie.earth – create a website for Erie to create a community led driven site for Earth week. Tyler will talk more about this at the meeting next week. Co-Solve does this have tie ins?
