Notify Me – Sustainability has had more additions through this process 6 – 30 yard roll offs already; much cleaner – less garbage Ask for resident id and ensure that they are wearing a mask Should we be asking for driver’s license, official ids? Not just these forms of id. They are also asking for water bills, etc. With name and address on it. Water efficiency and drought management master plans – 3 months EV Charging stations are moving forward – needed another transformer at the community center so completion is delayed a bit CSU Global Sustainability MBA Team – projects? Do we have any ideas for projects? Community Power and Residential Power HOA Group – Tyler will be talking to them regarding water conservation and other sustainability issues Old Business Earth Week 2020: Version 2 – Ideas for monthly and virtual “celebrations” (All) Solar Days – virtual? Planned Earth Week online courses Panel of individuals on specific topics Green and environmentally friendly lawns – JP? Others? Process for tracking SAB support of Town’s implementation of Sustainability Master Plan (Tom) System to track progress against the Master Plan We are the support for the Town to implement the Master Plan We are not executing, but are providing support the Town Staff to complete Agreed that we need a way to track the progress towards actions against the Strategies AND add action items for the SAB to help achieve these goals Ordinance review (Tom) Reviewed Duties 3-5-5 Recycling Center Signage Discussion Options for painting the roll offs – community engagement and art on the roll offs Town will post employees through August only Recommend that the Town staff in December/January as they are big recycle periods Signage ideas – Tyler will send contacts for Adam to reach out for signage ideas.
