CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Jennifer Carroll called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL 6:35 PM Present: Mayor Jennifer Carroll, Mayor Pro Tem Adam Haid, Trustee Ari Harrison, Trustee Bill Gippe, Trustee Christiaan van Woudenberg, Trustee Brandon Bell were present. Trustee Sara Loflin arrived at 6:45 p.m. by telephone. III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Pro Tem Haid moved to approve the agenda. The motion was seconded by Trustee Gippe. The motion passed 6-0 at 6:36 p.m. with Trustee Loflin absent. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Pro Tem Haid moved to approve the consent agenda. The motion was seconded by Trustee Harrison. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Pro Tem Haid moved to go into Executive session. The motion was seconded by Trustee Bell. The motion passed 6:0 with Trustee Loflin unable to vote due to telephone disconnection. Kendra Carberry, town attorney, advised the Mayor to announce that the meeting will be adjourned following the Executive session. The board will not return to this Zoom meeting. . 20-451 Executive Session for discussion of a personnel matter not involving any specific employees who have requested discussion of the matter in open session, any member of this body or any elected official, the appointment of any person to fill an office of this body or of an elected official, or personnel policies that do not require the discussion of matters personal to particular employees, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(f), concerning a performance evaluation of the Town Administrator.
