CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chair Tina Harris called the November 10, 2015 Town of Erie Urban Renewal Meeting to Order at 11:10 p.m. II. ROLL CALL Present 6- Tina Harris, Dan Woog, Mark Gruber, Scott Charles, Waylon Schutt, and Jennifer Carroll Absent 1- Janice Moore III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Schutt moved to approve the November 10, 2015 TOE URA Meeting Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles the motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Schutt moved to approve the November 10, 2015 TOE URA Meeting Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles the motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. 15-099 Approval of the September 22, 2015 Meeting Minutes V. PUBLIC COMMENT NONE VI. RESOLUTIONS A motion was made by Commissioner Gruber, seconded by Commissioner Charles, that this be approved.
