APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to approve the agenda of the March 22, 2016 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Schutt, carried with all voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Schutt moved to approve the consent agenda of the March 22, 2016 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Charles, carried with all voting in favor thereof. 16-109 Approval of the January 12, 2016 Meeting Minutes V. PUBLIC COMMENT VI. RESOLUTIONS 16-127 Resolution Authorizing a Disposition and Development Agreement with Evergreen Devco, Inc. Commissioner Charles moved to approve Item# 16-127. The motion, seconded by Commissioner Schutt, carried with all voting in favor thereof. VII.
