CALL MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Harris called the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Meeting to order at 8:14pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 6- Tina Harris, Mark Gruber, Waylon Schutt, Scott Charles, Geoff Deakin, and Dan Woog Absent 1- Jennifer Carroll III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Schutt moved to approve the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Agenda for July 12, 2016; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. Aye: 6- Chairperson Harris, Commissioner Gruber, Commissioner Schutt, Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Deakin, and Commissioner Woog IV. CONSENT AGENDA 16-240 Approval of the March 22, 2016 Meeting Minutes Commissioner Schutt moved to appprove the July 12, 2016 Consent Agenda. The motion was seconded by Trustee Charles. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. Aye: 6- Chairperson Harris, Commissioner Gruber, Commissioner Schutt, Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Deakin, and Commissioner Woog V. PUBLIC COMMENT NONE VI. RESOLUTIONS 16-262 PUBLIC HEARING: A Resolution Providing For The Supplemental Appropriation Of Money In The Amounts And For The Purposes Set Forth Below, For The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority For The 2016 TOWN OF ERIE Page 1 Printed on 12/16/2016 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final July 12, 2016 Budget Year Mayor Harris opened the Public Hearing for Agenda Item 16-262 at 8:15pm; hearing no one wishing to make Public Comment, Mayor Harris closed the Public Hearing at 8:17 pm. Commissioner Schutt moved to approve Agenda Item 16-262; the moiton was seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion carried with the following roll call vote: Aye: 6- Chairperson Harris, Commissioner Gruber, Commissioner Schutt, Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Deakin, and Commissioner Woog VII. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Charles moved to adjourn the July 12, 2016 Meeting of the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Schutt.
