CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairperson Harris called the meeting to order at 6:28 pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 6- Tina Harris, Mark Gruber, Jennifer Carroll, Scott Charles, Geoff Deakin, and Dan Woog Absent 1- Waylon Schutt III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to appprove the December 13, 2016 Meeting Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gruber. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Comissioner Charles moved to approve the December 13, 2016 Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Deakin. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. 16-452 Approval of July 12, 2016 Meeting Minutes V. RESOLUTIONS 16-453 PUBLIC HEARING: A Resolution Summarizing Expenditures and Revenues and Adopting a Budget for the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority, For the Calendar Year Beginning the First Day of January, 2017 and Ending on the Last Day of December, 2017. Chairperson Harris opened the Public Hearing for Agenda Item 16-453 at 6:28pm. Hearing no one wishing to make Public Comment she closed the Plublic Hearing at 6:28pm. Commissioner Gruber moved to approve Agenda Item 16-453; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Deakin. Chairperson Harris opened the Public Hearing for Agenda Item 16-460 at 6:29pm. Hearing no one wishing to make Public Comment she closed the Plublic Hearing at 6:29pm. Commissioner Charles moved to approve Agenda Item 16-460; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Deakin. The motion carried with the following roll call vote: Aye: 6- Chairperson Harris, Commissioner Gruber, Commissioner Carroll, Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Deakin, and Commissioner Woog 16-471 A Resolution For The First Amendment To The Disposition And Development Agreement Between The Town of Erie, The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority And Evergreen-287 & Arapahoe, L.L.C. Commissioner Charles moved to approve Agenda Item 16-471; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Deakin. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. VI. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Gruber moved to adjourn the December 13, 2016 Meeting of The Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Charles.
