CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chairman Harris called the May 9, 2017 Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Meeting to order at 6:25pm. II. ROLL CALL Present 7- Tina Harris, Mark Gruber, Waylon Schutt, Jennifer Carroll, Scott Charles, Geoff Deakin, and Dan Woog III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to approve the May 9, 2017 Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Schutt. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Charles moved to approve the May 9, 2017 Consent Agenda; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Schutt. The motion carried with all present voting infavor thereof. 17-215 Approval of the February 14, 2017 Meeting Minutes V. PUBLIC COMMENT VI. RESOLUTIONS 17-216 A Resolution Authorizing The Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority To Enter Into A Second Amendment To Disposition And Development Agreement With The Town Of Erie And Evergreen-287 & Arapahoe, L.L.C.; Authorizing And Directing The Appropriate Town Of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Officers To Sign Said Second Amendment; And, Setting Forth Details In Relation Thereto. Commissioner Charles moved to approve Agenda Item 17-216; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Schutt. The motion carried with all present voting in favor thereof.
