APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA A Motion to Approve the Agenda was made by Commissioner Haid and Seconded by Commissioner Gippe. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. IV. CONSENT AGENDA 6:35 PM A Motion to approve the Consent Agenda was made by Commissioner Haid and Seconded by Commissioner Charles. The motion was carried with a unanimous vote. 20-152 A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Approving the Cooperation Agreement Between the Town of Erie and the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Attachments: Cooperation Agreement Resolution The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Charles and seconded by Commissioner Von Woodenberg. The motion carried with a Unanimous vote. 20-153 A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Approving the Development Agreement Between the Town of Erie, Evergreen-287 & Arapahoe, LLC, Nine Mile Metropolitan District, and the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Attachments: Resolution Development Agreement A motion to approve was made by Commissioner Charles and Seconded by Commissioner Haid. The motion carried with a unanmous vote. 20-168 A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Erie Urban Renewal Authority Accepting the Voluntary Conveyance of Property from the Town of Erie to Assist in Accomplishing the Nine Mile Corner Development Attachments: Resolution A motion was made to approve by Commissioner Charles, and Seconded by Gippe. The motion carried with a 6-1 vote. AYE: Commissioner Charles, Commissioner Van Woodenberg, Commissioner Haid, Commissioner Deakin, Commissioner Gippe, Madam Chair Carroll.
