CALL MEETING TO ORDER Madam Chair Carroll called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM: II. ROLL CALL Those in attendance were - Madam Chair Jennifer Carroll, Commissioner Christiaan Van Woudenberg, Commissioner Brandon Bell, Commissioner Ari Harrison, Vice Chair Adam Haid, Commissioner Sarah Loflin, Commissioner Bill Gippe. Absent: Commissioner John Ahrens. III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA A motion to approve the agenda was made by Vice Chair Haid. The motion was Seconded by Commissioner Bell . The motion passed 7-0. at 6:33 p.m., with Commissioner Ahrens absent. IV. CONSENT AGENDA A motion to accept the Consent Agenda was made by Commissioner Bell. A motion to approve the Resolution was made by Commissioner Gippe and seconded by Vice Chair Haid. The Resolution passed with a unanimous vote. 7-0. at 6:38 p.m. with Commissioner Ahrens absent. VII.
