CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Meeting was called to order by Madam Chair Jennifer Carroll at 6:33 p.m. II. ROLL CALL Present: Madam Chair Jennifer Carroll, Commissioner Adam Haid, Commissioner Bill Gippe, Commissioner Brandon Bell, Commissioner Ari Harrison, Commissioner Christiaan VanWoudenberg, Commission Sara Loflin. Absent: Commissioner Ahrens III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Gippe moved to approve the Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Bell. The motion passed 7-0 with Commissioner Ahrens absent. at 6:35 p.m. IV. CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Harrison moved to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Bell.
