GENERAL BUSINESS 21-168 Attachments: Presentation Ben Pratt, Economic Development Director introduced the item at 6:36 p.m. Victoria Runkle, Interim Finance Director, presented the Urban Renewal Budget. Anne Ricker and Bill Cunningham of Ricker Cunningham answered questions. There was no action taken. VII.
