ATTENDANCE: The following members were present: Councilmember Olga Diaz, Deputy Mayor Consuelo Martinez, Councilmember Michael Morasco, and Mayor Paul McNamara. Absent: Councilmember John Masson. Quorum present. Also present were: Zack Beck, City Clerk, Joanna Axelrod, Director of Communications and Community Services, Bill Martin, Director of Community Development, and Julie Procopio, Director of Engineering Services.
