PRESENTATION State of the City CLOSED SESSION REPORT The City Council voted 4-0 (Garcia – Absent) to give the Mayor authority to execute an agreement to resolve dispute regarding evaporative losses on the 2020 and 2021 Rincon Water Entitlement.
