FIRST AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ANDRITZ SEPARATION, INC. Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-53, authorizing the Mayor to execute a first amendment to the Public Services Agreement with Andritz Separation, Inc in the amount of $51,382. The amended agreement will provide funding for additional repairs to the City-owned dewatering centrifuge, which is critical to the operation of the Hale Avenue Resource Recovery Facility (“HARRF”). FISCAL YEAR 2022 URBAN AREA SECRUITY INITIATIVE (UASI) GRANT PROGRAM AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-55, authorizing the Escondido Fire Department to accept Fiscal Year 2022 Urban Area Security Initiative (“UASI”) grant funds in the amount of $36,110; authorizing the Fire Chief or his designee to execute grant documents on behalf of the City; and approving budget adjustments needed to spend grant funds.
