Request the City Council receive and file notice that a Final Map for Tract SUB15-0002 at 661

6. FISCAL YEAR 2022 OPERATION STONEGARDEN GRANT AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
Request the City Council to approve Resolution No. 2024-27 and accept Fiscal Year 2022
Operation Stonegarden Grant funds in the amount of $10,000 from the California Office of
Emergency Services through the County of San Diego, authorize the Chief of Police or his
designee to execute grant documents on behalf of the City of Escondido (“City”), and approve
budget adjustments needed to spend grant funds. The Department will use grant funds to pay
overtime expenses for multi-disciplinary crime suppression operations related to human
trafficking, narcotics trafficking, weapons trafficking, and criminal gang activity. This grant will
provide operational funding to enforce local and state laws. (File Number 0480-70)

of Understanding (“MOU”) between the City of Escondido (“City”) and the Escondido City
Employees’ Association – Supervisory (“SUP”) Bargaining Unit (“Association”), commencing
