6. CONTINUING REPAIR OF THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE ESCONDIDO TRUNK SEWER MAIN
Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-141, declaring that pursuant to the terms
of Section 22050 of the California Public Contract Code, the City Council finds there is a need
to continue the emergency repair of the Escondido Trunk Sewer Main.
