8. DEEM DASH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. NONRESPONSIVE AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO EXECUTE A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
SB GENERAL ENGINEERING, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE WINDSOR GARDENS FENCE
PROJECT
Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-60 (1) deeming Dash Construction
Company, Inc. nonresponsive; (2) authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City, to execute a
Public Improvement Agreement in the amount of $922,200 with SB General Engineering, Inc.
for construction of the Windsor Gardens Fence Project (“Project”); and (3) approve a budget
adjustment in the amount of $265,000 to fund the increased construction contract amount
