APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of Minutes from the Library Board of Trustees Meeting on October 8, 2020. Motion: Clemens Second: Guiles Vote: 4-0 CURRENT BUSINESS 2. Strategic Plan Committee Update Maribel to provide demographics in order to have focus groups and feedback. 3. Library Metrics Update President Schwab presented the Library Metrics Research update including a detailed analysis of Polaris. Statistics on Pulitzer Collection Katy Duperry - Data for Jan - Dec 2020 regarding checkouts; plan to have a virtual display in February 2021; OTHER REPORTS Library Director’s Report Dara Bradds reported that the Library conducted curbside service in December due to the County being in the Purple Tier of the Public Health Order.
