VITAGOLD BRANDS COOPERATIVE PRESENTATION Request that the Public Art Commission provide direction regarding the mural project by Vitagold Brands Cooperative. ART, CULTURE, AND CREATIVITY MONTH GRANT PROGRAM Request that the Public Art Commission approve the Arts, Culture, and Creativity Month Grant Program award recipients as recommended by the subcommittee and associated marketing costs. ESCONDIDO EXPRESSIONS TRAFFIC SIGNAL BOX PROGRAM UPDATE Request the Public Art Commission approve the changes to the themes and call for artists as recommended by the Escondido Expressions Subcommittee.
