ESCONDIDO EXPRESSIONS PHASE 4.1 Request the Public Art Commission approve the artists submissions for 14 locations in Phase 4.1, as recommended by the Escondido Expressions Subcommittee. EUHSD STUDENT MURALS SUMMER 2026 Request approval of the top two submissions for the Escondido Union High School District Student Murals program to be installed at the Park Avenue Community Center, as recommended by the Grants Subcommittee.
