CONTINUING THE EMERGENCY REPAIR OF THE ESCONDIDO TRUNK SEWER MAIN Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-06, declaring that pursuant to the terms of Section 22050 of the California Public Contract Code, the City Council finds there is a need to continue the emergency repair of the Escondido Trunk Sewer Main. The Resolution, which must be passed by four-fifths vote, also declares that public interest and necessity demand the immediate expenditure to safeguard life, health, or property.
