ANNUAL HOUSING ELEMENT REPORT (PL22-0104) - Request the City Council review and receive the Housing Element 2021 Annual Progress Report and authorize submittal of the report to the State Office of Planning and Research (“OPR”), the State Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”), and the San Diego Association of Governments (“SANDAG”). AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ESCONDIDO MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR CITY COUNCIL ELECTIONS BY DISTRICTS - Approved on March 16, 2022 with a vote of 5/0. a. Ordinance No. 2022-06 (Second Reading and Adoption) CURRENT BUSINESS 4. BOARD AND COMMISSION INTERVIEWS - Request the City Council conduct interviews of applicants to fill vacancies on the City's Boards and Commissions. FUTURE AGENDA The purpose of this item is to identify issues presently known to staff or which members of the City Council wish to place on an upcoming City Council agenda.
