RECONSIDERATION OF GRAND AVE ROUDABOUT ART PROJECT RFQ PROCESS RECOMMENDATION: It is requested that the Public Art Commission restart the RFQ process. BACKGROUND: At the May 12, 2025 Public Art Commission Meeting, item #5 (Grand Ave Roundabout Art Project) was pulled agenda: by City Staff for review. As a result, City Staff has determined that a recusal is required (see attached letter) and that the Grand Avenue Roundabout RFQ process should be restarted.
