JOINT CITY OF ESCONDIDO-EUSD-EUHSD TRAFFIC SAFETY PUBLIC INFORMATION CAMPAIGN Christi Knight – Provided background information from the Council / School District Subcommittee Meeting and expressed that the Subcommittee would like to utilize School District fencing to post public information campaign signage to encourage traffic safety. In addition, the Subcommittee would like to encourage increased traffic enforcement in the City of Escondido. 2.
