CONDITIONAL USE - 2024-01-CU - 325 S BROADWAY ST The applicant, the Estacada School District, is proposing to lease the building at 325 S Broadway St for use as a new location for the Deep Creek Learning Academy. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.26 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. B. PARK LAND SOLUTIONS CODE AMENDMENTS The City of Estacada is proposing amendments to Estacada Municipal Code Title 16 - Development, relating primarily to park land and open space dedication. This proposal includes requiring applicants of subdivisions and partitions to provide land for public park and/or open space use at the time of land division approval. This proposal is subject to the applicable criteria for development code amendments established in EMC Chapter 16.128 as well as applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan and Statewide Planning Goals. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council who will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 12th at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Estacada City Hall. 6.
