VARIANCE – 2024-01-VAR – 325 S BROADWAY ST The applicant, the Estacada School District, is proposing to lease the building at 325 S Broadway St for use as a new location for the Deep Creek Learning Academy. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.26 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. B. Conditional Use Modification 2023-02-CU: Estacada Direct Primary Care The applicant, Richard Orth, is proposing a modification to conditional use approval 2016-01-CU to allow the Estacada Direct Primary Care to operate at 107 NW 5th Ave. The request does not include any proposed change to the property’s underlying R-1 (Low Density Residential) zone designation, nor does this application propose additional development. The Planning Commission will issue a final decision on this application at this hearing. This proposal is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.16, 16.88 and 16.76, and to applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. 6.
