CONDITIONAL USE – 2025-03-CU – NW 6TH FOOD CART POD The applicant, Ed Ahrens, is proposing to develop a food cart pod at 116 NW 6th Ave. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and issue their decision on October 8th, 2025. All are welcome to attend in person, or virtually via Zoom. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.32 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. B. CONDITIONAL USE – 2025-04-CU – BBQ BARN DRIVE-THROUGH The applicant, Steve Locke, is proposing a drive-through facility at a new restaurant (BBQ Barn) located at 519 SW Beech Rd. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and issue their decision on October 8th, 2025. All are welcome to attend in person, or virtually via Zoom. This application is subject to the approval criteria in Estacada Municipal Code chapters 16.26 and 16.88, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. C. ORDINANCE – 2025-008 – TITLE 16 DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS The City of Estacada is proposing amendments to several sections of Title 16 – Development of the Estacada Municipal Code (EMC) pertaining to the regulation of signage in the City. This proposal is subject to the applicable criteria for development code amendments established in the Oregon Statewide Planning Goals, EMC 16.128, and applicable goals and policies of the Estacada Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council who will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 27th at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Estacada City Hall. 6.
