The bills for the month of May will be presented for Council approval. 6. Approval of Liquor License a. Brey's on Seventh - 18 N 7th St (Renewal) Old Business 7. Sale of Property - 520 & 526 So. 14th St. The Council will hold a public hearing on the Sale of the W 1/2 of Lot 5, Co Aud Plat 14 99 34 to  Kenneth & Lori Molacek. After the public hearing, the Council will consider a resolution authorizing the sale. Urban Forestry Development Grant The Council will consider approving an agreement with JEO Consulting Group in the amount of $23,470 for a tree inventory, management plan and ordinance update. Noise Exception Application The Council will consider Noise Exception Application for 2 person live music at 802 WN 7th St. on July 25, 2026 from 6 p.m. to midnight. Power Plant Cooler Invoice The Council will consider approving Invoice #220914301 in the amount of $117,510.00 from Sample Brothers, Inc., for the second and final payment for the two oil coolers for the Power Plant.
