I. Public Comment
Opportunity for the public to speak to the Board on historic preservation issues.
II. Overview and Training: Section 106 Requirements for Historic and Archeological Resources
Speakers will include John Pouley, Assistant State Archeologist and Jason M. Allen, Historic
Preservation Specialist to provide an overview and training opportunity for staff and the
Board, regarding compliance with Federal and State (“Section 106”) requirements.
III. Trolley Track Update from Heritage Research Associates
Rick Minor and Kathryn Toepel will share experiences and their involvement in recent
excavation that has uncovered trolley tracks at two locations in Willamette Street.
IV. Updates and Discussion Items from Board Members
Opportunity for info share and announcements from staff and the Board.
