Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Introduction to Historic Preservation Consultant Tama Tochihara Tama Tochihara will attend the meeting for an introduction and discussion of her upcoming role assisting staff and the HRB in the development of potential grant projects, and assistance with other high priority work plan items over the coming year. III. Historic Preservation in the Context of Neighborhood Planning Zach Galloway, Associate Planner will provide an update on the City’s neighborhood planning efforts in the River Road/Santa Clara and University neighborhoods. The presentation will focus on potential opportunities for neighborhood-planning staff to coordinate with the Historic Review Board on relevant historic preservation issues. IV. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
