Public Comment Up to 10 minutes will be reserved for public comment regarding historic preservation issues, except for any items scheduled for public hearing. II. Incentive Program Outreach Staff will update the HRB on current outreach regarding the City’s historic preservation incentive programs. III. Plaque Program Update Staff will update the HRB on the historic plaque program and receive feedback on a prototype. IV. Historic Preservation Month Planning – May 2017 The HRB will continue planning for events and activities to be held during Historic Preservation Month. V. Info Share/Updates Time-permitting, HRB members are encouraged to provide any brief informational updates to staff and the board.
