The public is welcome to attend study sessions; however, public testimony and official action will be taken at the public hearing. TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2006 – PUBLIC HEARING (6:00 P.M.) PUBLIC HEARING/DELIBERATION: OREGON MOTOR POOL SITE (MA 06-2, Z 06-9) Staff: Ann Siegenthaler, 682-5452 A Metro Plan Amendment to amend the Metro Plan land use diagram from a designation of High Density Residential, Mixed Use, Nodal Development to a designation of Commercial, Nodal Development for the subject property, and a Zone Change to rezone the subject property from I-2/TD Light-Medium Industrial with a Transit Oriented Development overlay to C-2/TD/ND Community Commercial with Transit Oriented Development and Nodal Development overlay. Public Hearing Format: 1. Commence public hearing by announcing purpose and summarizing procedures. 2. Call for statements of conflicts of interest, ex parte contacts, and biases, or challenges to impartiality. 3. Receive City staff presentation: Ann Siegenthaler 4. Report any site visits. 5.
