PUBLIC HEARING/DELIBERATION: OREGON MOTOR POOL SITE (MA 06-2, Z 06-9) Staff: Ann Siegenthaler, 682-5452 A Metro Plan Amendment to amend the Metro Plan land use diagram from a designation of High Density Residential, Mixed Use, Nodal Development to a designation of Commercial, Nodal Development for the subject property, and a Zone Change to rezone the subject property from I-2/TD Light-Medium Industrial with a Transit Oriented Development overlay to C-2/TD/ND Community Commercial with Transit Oriented Development and Nodal Development overlay.
