PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER QUALITY PROTECTED WATERWAYS Lead City Staff: Therese Walch, 682-8647 Code Amendment (CA 07-4) Amendment of the Land Use Code (Chapter 9) to establish a Water Quality Overlay Zone. Zone Change (Z 07-19) to apply the Water Quality Overlay Zone to lots within the Eugene city limits that contain or are adjacent to waterways identified for protection on the Water Quality Protected Waterways map.
