PUBLIC HEARING ON APPEAL OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION: Summer Oaks Business Park (PDT 07-1) Assessor’s Map: 17-03-16-41 Tax Lot: 1100 17-03-16-42 Tax Lot: 200 17-03-16-43 Tax Lot: 100 17-03-16-44 Tax Lots: 600, 700 Location: 3300 & 3500 Chad Drive. Request: Appeal of Site Review approval condition regarding loading and delivery limitations Appellant: Dan Tucci, Guard Publishing Company Appellant’s Representative: Kristen Taylor, TBG Architects, (541) 687-1010. Lead City Staff: Lydia McKinney, Associate Planner, (541) 682-5485 Public Hearing Format: The order of procedure for quasi-judicial hearings is: 1. Planning Commission chair will commence public hearing. 2. Planning Commission chair will ask commissioners to disclose any conflicts of interest, ex parte contacts, and biases, abstentions or challenges to impartiality submitted pursuant to EC 9.7065. 3. Planning Commission will receive a City staff report and Commissioners will share any information learned from site visits. 4. Public testimony from the appellant and others in support of the appeal. 5. Comments or questions from interested people who are neither proponents nor opponents. 6. Public testimony from those in opposition. 7. Staff response to testimony. 8. Questions from the Planning Commissioners. 9. Rebuttal by the appellant. 10. PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER QUALITY PROTECTED WATERWAYS Lead City Staff: Therese Walch, 682-8647 Code Amendment (CA 07-4) Amendment of the Land Use Code (Chapter 9) to establish a Water Quality Overlay Zone. Zone Change (Z 07-19) to apply the Water Quality Overlay Zone to lots within the Eugene city limits that contain or are adjacent to waterways identified for protection on the Water Quality Protected Waterways map.
