PUBLIC FORUM: SOUTH RIDGELINE HABITAT STUDY Staff: Neil Bjorklund, 682-5507 The Eugene Planning Commission will hold a public forum, and subsequently recommend to the City Council, action on the Citizen Task Group proposal regarding strategies for conservation of habitat along the ridgeline of the South Hills. The proposal emphasizes acquisition only from willing sellers and the use of incentive-based approaches and other voluntary mechanisms.
