WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2008 – PUBLIC HEARING (6:00 p.m.) PUBLIC HEARING ON MINOR CODE AMENDMENTS Lead City Staff: Alissa Hansen, Senior Planner, (541) 682-5508 Code Amendment (CA 07-5) Minor Code Amendments to the Land Use Code (Chapter 9). Nature of the Request The Eugene Planning Commission will consider the proposed amendments and make a recommendation to the Eugene City Council. The proposal will be heard before the Eugene City Council in a separate public hearing, following action by the Planning Commission. The proposed minor land use code amendments under consideration address the following topics: • Residential lot configuration • Residential development standards • Land use application process • Policy direction Public Hearing Format: 1.
