Ms. Beierle convened the meeting and called for public comment.
I. PUBLIC COMMENT
Charles Biggs, 540 Antelope Way, had concerns related to ECLA, and hoped the Planning Commission
would work hard to find residential infill in the commercial areas and to take in vacant parking lots as
reuse areas. He asked for information on the outreach process for ECLA.
Majeska Seese Green, no address given, echoed Mr. Biggs comments, adding she was also interested in
the process. It was difficult to figure out what was going on.

The Planning Commission took part in a discussion with Bob Chadwick.

11:30 a.m. I. PUBLIC COMMENT
The Planning Commission reserves 10 minutes at the beginning of this meeting for public
comment. The public may comment on any matter, except for items scheduled for public
hearing or public hearing items for which the record has already closed. Generally, the
time limit for public comment is three minutes; however, the Planning Commission reserves
the option to reduce the time allowed each speaker based on the number of people
requesting to speak.
