PUBLIC HEARING : APPEAL OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION: LAUREL RIDGE PUD (PDT 12-2, Z 12-2, TIA 12-6, SDR 12-4) The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on an appeal of the Hearings Official denial of the Laurel Ridge PUD Lead City Staff: Steve Ochs, 541-682-5453 steve.p.ochs@ci.eugene.or.us Public Hearing Format : The Planning Commission will receive a brief City staff report followed by an opportunity for public comment. Time limits on testimony may be imposed. The Planning Commission may seek a response to testimony from City staff. At the end of the hearing, the Planning Commission Chair will announce whether the record is closed, the record will be held open, or the public hearing will be continued.
