Generally, the time limit for public comment is three minutes; however, the Planning Commission reserves the option to reduce the time allowed each speaker based on the number of people requesting to speak. B. WORK SESSION: Urban Reserves Options The Planning Commission is requested to make a recommendation on a preferred Urban Reserve Option for City Council consideration, to provide staff direction and proceed with the formal adoption process.
