CITY OF EUHARLEE CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA AUGUST 31, 2021 5:30 PM CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL EXECUTIVE SESSION - Personnel  CITY OF EUHARLEE CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 31, 2021 Mayor Steve Worthington called the meeting to order. A prayer was led by Mayor Worthington followed with the Pledge of Allegiance. The following were present Mayor Steve Worthington, Council Members Tim Abbott, David Duncan, Greg Free, Joe Turner, and City Manager James Stephens. Motion to Amend the Agenda Joe Turner made a motion to add SPLASH Pad to the agenda. Tim Abbott seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Splash Pad Discussion Joe Turner asked the other councilmen if they agreed to authorize the city manager to obtain budget for SPLASH Pad and other improvements in Osborne Park. By consensus the city manager was asked to obtain budget information for the September work session. Executive Session At 5:39 a motion was made by David Duncan and seconded by Greg Free to enter executive session for personnel matter. The motion passed unanimously. Adjournment At 7:09 pm the council returned into open session. The mayor announced a special called work session for 6:30 pm on Tuesday September 7 and that our Regular September meeting will be scheduled for 7:15 pm. At 7:10 the meeting was adjourned.
