Approval of Minutes 16247 November 17, 2016- Local Planning Agency Meeting A motion was made by Vice-Chairman LeHeup-Smith, seconded by Member Bob, to Approve the Minutes. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Karen LeHeup-Smith; Robert Morin; Linda Bob; and Michael Holland II. Consideration 16253 Amendments to the Land Development Regulations (Ord. No. 16-31) Lori Barnes, Development Services Director, explained that a full presentation would be provided during the City Commission meeting. She explained the purpose of the proposed revisions to the land development regulations and provided a summary of the revisions. She further explained that, if approved, the amendment would remove Appendices A, B and C which would then be incorporated by reference as the Engineering Design Standards which would be presented to the Commission for consideration at the December 15, 2016, meeting. She provided an overview of the changes necessary to bring the regulations into consistency with the comprehensive plan. She stated the advantages to approving the amendments and expressed staff's recommendation for transmittal. III. Public Hearing Chairman Holland opened the public hearing at 5:55p.m. There being no public comment, the hearing was closed at 5:55p.m. IV. Recommendation A motion was made by Vice-Chairman LeHeup-Smith, seconded by Member Morin, to transmit the proposed LOR amendments to the City Commission for consideration. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Karen LeHeup-Smith; Robert Morin; Linda Bob; and Michael Holland V.
