ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUORUM AND PROPER NOTICE PRESENT: Karen LeHeup-Smith, Nan Cobb, Willie Hawkins, Vice Chair Emily Lee and Chairman Michael Holland 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.1 . September 23, 2021 Local Planning Agency Meeting October 21, 2021 Local Planning Agency Meeting December 2, 2021 Local Planning Agency Meeting Moved by Nan Cobb, seconded by Emily Lee, to approve the Minutes as submitted. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Member LeHeup-Smith, Member Cobb, Member Hawkins, Vice Chair Lee and Chairman Holland 2. CONSIDERATION WITH BOARD DISCUSSION, PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION 2.1 . Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan: Suanee Avenue Property 2021-CPLUS-10 Heather Croney, Senior Planner, reviewed the proposed future land use amendment for property located on Suanee Avenue. She stated the property is currently located in unincorporated Lake County and designated as Urban Low. She explained the proposed future land use designation is Suburban Residential with a Suburban Neighborhood design district. She reviewed the surrounding properties and stated staffs recommendation for approval and transmittal to the Commission for action. Moved by Nan Cobb, seconded by Emily Lee, to find future land use amendment 2021-CPLUS-10 in compliance and to transmit the amendment to the City Commission for action.
