ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF QUORUM AND PROPER NOTICE PRESENT: Nan Cobb, Willie Hawkins, Vice Chair Emily Lee and Chairman Michael Holland ABSENT: Karen LeHeup-Smith 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.1 May 19, 2022 - Local Planning Agency Moved by Ms. Cobb, seconded by Vice Chair Lee, to approve the Minutes as submitted. Motion carried by the following votes: Ayes: Nan Cobb, Willie Hawkins, Vice Chair Lee and Chairman Holland 2. CONSIDERATION WITH DISCUSSION, PUBLIC HEARING AND RECOMMENDATION 2.1 Explanation of Ordinance for 2022-CPLUS-04 for property located on the south side of County Road 452, west of North Country Road (Alternate Key Numbers 1743346 and 3840638) Jeff Richardson, Deputy Director of Development, explained the proposed future land use amendment for property located on the south side of CR 452, west of North Country Road. He reviewed staff's analysis of the request and stated staff's recommendation for transmittal to the City Commissioner for consideration. Moved by Vice Chair Lee, seconded by Mr. Hawkins, to recommend transmittal of 2022-CPLUS-04 to the City Commission for consideration.
