UNFINISHED BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS • MOTION - to award the bid for one (1) Rotary Mower, for the Parks and Recreations Department, to the lowest bidder. C:\DATA\WP\FORMS-ACTIVE\001-03_CNCLAGENDA1.FRM  • RESOLUTION 17-56 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Cooperative Agreement with the Wyoming Department of Transportation to Purchase and Stockpile a Salt and Sand Mixture. • RESOLUTION 17-57 A Resolution of the Governing Body of the City of Evanston approving Change Order No. 1 for the Fairgrounds Sewer Project in the City of Evanston. • RESOLUTION 17-58 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, authorizing the execution of a Third Amendment to the Agreement with Cook-Sanders and Associates, Inc., to provide Design and Construction Management Services for the Fair Grounds Sewer Project. • RESOLUTION 17-59 Resolution of the City of Evanston, Wyoming authorizing and ratifying the execution and conveyance of an Underground Right of Way Easement to Rocky Mountain Power an Unincorporated Division of Pacificorp to provide for Electric Power to the new Youth Club Building.
