The existing building, presently occupied by ECDC, is proposed to be removed from the site. (Section 24-42 C.) BA 77 A request by Brandon Lewis with Myers Anderson Architects, PLLC, representing Evanston Child Development Center (ECDC), for a Variance to allow a principal building to encroach approximately 4 feet-10 inches into the front yard and 3 feet-10 inches into the street side yard setback areas for property located at 336 Summit Street, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Public (P).
