Category 1: Public Information Recommendations from 2020 Study • Extend enforcement to include Saturdays. • Create an effective administrative/decision structure for downtown parking. Hire a downtown parking manager. • Implement paid on-street parking in the downtown core. • Increase the standard time limit to 2 hours when paid parking is implemented.
