CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING Minutes from Meeting on March 28, 2019 I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. Those in attendance were Ann Kazen, Michael Duerr, Joe Neussendorfer, and Deana Dean. II. ROLL CALL OF THE COMMISSION Present were Commission Chair Roland Behee, Commissioner Eileen Simmons, and Legal Counsel Jordan Stephens. Commissioner Janice Greene had an excused absence. III. SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2019 meeting. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved. IV. REVIEW OF THE PERSONNEL ACTION REPORT Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the Personnel Action Report for February 2019. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved. V. OLD BUSINESS A. Approval of Eligible Registers 1. Assistant Buyer (Open/Competitive) Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the Eligible Register for Assistant Buyer (Open/Competitive). Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved. 2. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved. 3.
