CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING Minutes from Meeting on December 19, 2019 I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting commenced at 10:00 am. Those in attendance were Kay Barnes, Chelan Robbins, Chelsi Foote, Dean Koutlas, John Dunn, and Joe Neussendorfer. II. ROLL CALL OF THE COMMISSION Present were Commission Chair Roland Behee, Commissioner Eileen Simmons, and Legal Counsel Amy Allison. III. SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the minutes of the November 21, 2019 meeting. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. IV. REVIEW OF THE PERSONNEL ACTION REPORT Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the Personnel Action Report for November 2019. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. V. REVIEW OF THE CHIEF EXAMINER CERTIFICATIONS Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the Chief Examiner Certifications for November 2019. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. VI. OLD BUSINESS VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Class Specifications and Call for Applicants (CFAs) 1. Approve the New Class Specification for Vehicle Electronics Technician Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the New Class Specification for Vehicle Electronics Technician with proposed grammatical amendments. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. VIII. OTHER BUSINESS A. Approval of 2020 Commission Meeting Dates Commissioner Simmons moved to approve the 2020 Commission meeting dates. Commissioner Behee seconded the motion.
