CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING Minutes from Meeting on February 27, 2020 I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting commenced at 10:01 am. Those in attendance were Kay Barnes, Chelsi Foote, and Joe Neussendorfer. II. ROLL CALL OF THE COMMISSION Present were Commissioner Ethel Mc Neal, Commissioner Eileen Simmons, and Legal Counsel Jordan Stevens. III. SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Commissioner Mc Neal moved to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2020 meeting. Commissioner Simmons seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. IV. REVIEW OF THE PERSONNEL ACTION REPORT Commissioner Mc Neal moved to approve the Personnel Action Report for January 2020. Commissioner Simmons seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. V. REVIEW OF THE CHIEF EXAMINER APPROVAL OF CALLS FOR APPLICANTS Commissioner Mc Neal moved to approve the Chief Examiner Approvals of Calls for Applicants for January 2020. Commissioner Simmons seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. VI. REVIEW OF THE CHIEF EXAMINER APPROVAL OF ELIGIBLE REGISTERS Commissioner Mc Neal moved to approve the Chief Examiner Certifications of Eligible Registers for January 2020. Commissioner Simmons seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. VII. NEW BUSINESS VIII. OTHER BUSINESS IX.
