Moore - Historic City Hall Time: 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 3002 Wetmore Avenue Everett, Washington AGENDA -Planning Commission Roll Call -Approval of Minutes -Reports of members and committees – Staff comments – Citizen Comments Item 1: Public Hearing and Recommendations on Revisions to the Port of Everett Waterfront Place Central Project The Port of Everett is proposing changes to the North Marina Port Gardner Wharf Project now called Waterfront Place Central. Examples of requested changes include allowing residential uses in a portion of the shoreline area, a new site plan, using 13th Street view corridor as part of the development area, revisions to the development standards, allowing an electronic changing message sign along West Marine View Drive, increasing public open space, and changing the phasing of the development from the current agreement. Item 2: Public Hearing and Recommendations on amendments to the Shoreline Master Program, Comprehensive Plan and Zoning related to the deep water port area and areas southwest of the marine terminal area. Amendments to the Shoreline Master Program, Comprehensive Plan, and Zoning boundaries and text for properties in the vicinity of the Port of Everett South Terminal, Naval Station Everett, and Conservancy designated areas between the Mukilteo Tank Farm and the Port of Everett South Terminal.
